What is wellness and why does it need coaching?
The definition of wellness is “being in a state of good health”, but we do ourselves a disservice by limiting “health” to just the physical. Rooted Anarchy Wellness chooses a whole-person health approach addressing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of each individual.
A wellness coach (or health coach) walks alongside each client as a resource to equip and encourage them as they design sustainable systems that work for them.
