Hi! I’m Caitlin
I’ve spent the last 8 years working in healthcare, and recently became a Certified Wellness Coach through NASM.
I have a passion for health, wellness, and patient education, and wanted to build a business where I could use these interests to support people in a unique way. I have great respect for modern medicine and all of the wonderful providers I’ve had the opportunity to meet over the years, but after learning what holistic health looks like, I decided to switch gears.
A little about my personal background:
I’m the oldest of four.
I was unhealthy and I was in pain – physically and mentally — during my early twenties. I (slowly) lost around 50lbs naturally, and found traction with my mental health through therapy and integrative medicine.
I have walked through trauma, depression, rock bottom, “wth even was that” years, and some really hard relationships.
I survived it all and learned to live joyfully only because of Jesus.
I created Rooted Anarchy Wellness to be a space where anyone from any background can come to regain their footing. I meet you where you’re at with empathy and no shame.
Whether you know something has to change but you don’t know where to start, or you have a decent grip and just need extra support in a few key areas, I’d love to talk.

This one-on-one session is designed for clients seeking support without the commitment of a full coaching package. Whether you’re navigating burnout, low energy, disorganized routines, or feeling overwhelmed, we’ll use this hour to assess one key area of your life and create a personalized, practical action plan.

This is a month-long package with 4 weekly sessions designed to give you a “quick boost” in your wellness journey. We’ll focus on giving you tools to minimize stress and burnout while celebrating small wins along the way. You’ll get personalized support, practical strategies, and light check-ins between sessions to help you build consistency that lasts beyond our time together.

Using my hybrid approach, we will start off with 4 weekly sessions and taper to 2 biweekly sessions for a total of 8 weeks. You’ll get quick wins up front and space to practice new tools and habits on your own with support close by. Together, we’ll create stress management routines that stick and map out a plan to reach 1-2 key wellness goals.

You’ll build stress management systems that work with your life, refine your nutrition habits, and create sustainable routines that keep you grounded, even when our time together ends.
