About your coach…
Hi! I’m Caitlin.
I’ve been working in healthcare for the last 8 years, and recently became a Certified Wellness Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I have a passion for health, wellness, and patient education, and wanted to build a business where I could use these interests to support people in a unique way. I have great respect for modern medicine and all of the wonderful providers I’ve had the opportunity to meet over the years, but after learning what holistic health looks like, I decided to switch gears.
A little about my personal background:
I’m the oldest of four.
I was unhealthy and I was in pain – physically and mentally — during my early twenties. I (slowly) lost around 50lbs naturally, and found traction with my mental health through therapy and integrative medicine.
I have walked through trauma, depression, rock bottom, “wth even was that” years, and some really hard relationships.
I survived it all and learned to live joyfully only because of Jesus.
I created Rooted Anarchy Wellness to be a space where anyone from any background can come to regain their footing. I meet you where you’re at with empathy and no shame.
Whether you know something has to change but you don’t know where to start, or you have a decent grip and just need extra support in a few key areas, I’d love to talk.

Rooted Anarchy Wellness was built to create space for the "in-betweeners" that know something has to change, but they don't know how.
This community is built on faith, honesty, balance, compassion, and education.
The goal is for each client to walk away from sessions feeling more steady in their health and confident in their decisions, even if those decisions seem “against the grain”.

I am able to meet with you in person if you prefer and are local to the Winston-Salem, NC area, however most clients prefer Zoom or Google Meet.

I definitely understand things happen! Our memory fails us, long days get in the way, etc., so I just ask that you communicate with me as soon as possible and I will always try to work with you where I can.
For more information, a late/missed appointment policy is included in your New Client Packet, emailed to you prior to starting sessions.

My goal is to set every client up for success well after our sessions wrap up. You’ll leave your last session with a game plan for maintaining progress and a fallback routine in place for when life throws curveballs.
If you ever find yourself struggling after sessions end, I also offer up to 3 additional resources and one complimentary 30-minute “reconnect session” for past clients.

Each session is structured based on individual needs. My goal is to provide a relaxed, but focused space for clients. We will start by checking in, reviewing wins and challenges, and then work on the area that needs most attention that week.
You’ll always leave with clear, practical steps to take before our next session. My job is to help you simplify your goals, identify what obstacles you may have, and create routines that make sense for you.

I don’t turn clients away unless I truly feel I’m not the right fit to support you. If that ever happens, I’ll still share any resources I have that could help you get started, along with referrals to other coaches or healthcare professionals who may be a better match.
