About your coach
Hi! I’m Caitlin.
I’m a fireman’s daughter and cop wife.
I’ve seen what a lack of prioritizing your own health can do to you and your loved ones, especially for first responders and their spouses.
I’ve always had a passion for giving back to the ones running to help others, and it’s not lost on me that the ones holding everything together at home need support, too.
(Hey there wives and husbands.)
Over the last 10 years, I’ve worked in healthcare and realized (despite some wonderful providers out there) our healthcare system has failed us. I’ve also seen mental health decline, suicide rates increase, and more families break.
I decided I don’t want to scroll past the same stories anymore, so I became a certified wellness coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and started my own business to help make change happen.
I believe we are all broken people living in a broken world, but there is a Hope and His name is Jesus.
I believe we are not always to blame for the trauma and brokenness we experience, but we are always responsible for how we let it affect us and those around us.
I believe food is medicine, and learning nutrition skills can prevent you from becoming one of the statistics.
I believe every first responder and their support crews at home deserve to have some sense of normalcy and peace off-shift.
Whether you know something has to change but you don’t know where to start, or you have a decent grip and just need extra support in a few key areas, I’d love to talk.
Thank you so much for trusting me with your time. I can’t wait to meet!

Each session is structured based on individual needs. My goal is to provide a relaxed, focused space for clients. We will start by checking in, reviewing wins and challenges, and then work on the area that needs most attention that week.
You’ll always leave with clear, practical steps to take before our next session. My job is to help you simplify your goals, identify what obstacles you may have, and create rhythms that make sense for you and your family.

I’ve tailored my program to specifically address the challenges of first responder families, but I don’t turn clients away unless I truly feel I’m not the right fit to support you.
If my services can benefit you, I’d love to work with you!
