The “Single Reset” Session

This one-on-one session is designed for clients seeking support without the commitment of a full coaching package. Whether you’re navigating burnout, low energy, disorganized routines, or feeling overwhelmed, we’ll use this hour to assess one key area of your life and create a personalized, practical action plan.
“Basic Reset” Package

A short-term coaching package for individuals ready to make simple, sustainable changes. Includes four weekly sessions focused on your chosen goals—like stress, energy, routines, or burnout. You’ll get personalized support, practical strategies, and light check-ins between sessions to help you build momentum without the overwhelm.
“Deeper Reset” Package

For when you’re ready to go beyond the basics. This six-week package includes weekly sessions tailored to help you create stronger routines, improve mindset, and build habits that stick. Ideal if you’re navigating a transition, burnout, or want more support than a quick fix.
“Steady Shift” Package

For the ones that are ready for real change with real-life support. Over eight weekly sessions, we’ll dive deeper into what’s draining you and build sustainable habits that support your energy, mindsets, routines, and goals.

A bite-sized boost for your wellness routine. These monthly workshops are designed for anyone who wants clarity, support, and doable next steps — without the pressure of a full coaching package.
Each $30 session includes:
A 45–60 minute live Zoom session focused on one practical habit or topic (think: sleep, morning routines, low-tox swaps, stress, mental load, etc.)
A downloadable PDF cheat sheet or tool you can actually use
Space for Q&A so you leave with clarity, not confusion

A small group wellness reset designed for real life. Join up to 7 other individuals for weekly 60-minute sessions focused on practical wellness themes like routines, energy, and stress. Includes worksheets, email or group chat support, and encouragement from a supportive crew walking the same path. Perfect if you want structure, connection, and simple shifts that stick.
